About Alexia

Alexia Hoffman is a dynamic force in real estate, seamlessly blending her roles as broker, investor, coach, speaker, and entrepreneur. Originally from California, she moved to Michigan at 19 to pursue real estate, becoming a broker by 23. Her journey has been shaped by incredible resilience—marked by volunteer work in Ghana, overcoming a rare tumor, and embracing motherhood with four daughters in just 2.5 years. Through it all, Alexia has continued to thrive, managing a diverse real estate portfolio of over 60 tenants and expanding into construction and development with her husband.

In addition to her real estate career, Alexia is the founder of Clarksville Coffee & Real Estate, a brand built on the foundation of community. The coffee shop serves as a gathering place where real estate, family, and connection intersect. The mission behind Clarksville Coffee & Real Estate is simple: create a space that fosters relationships, supports local families, and empowers entrepreneurs. It’s a reflection of Alexia’s own values—building strong, lasting connections and giving back to the community that has supported her.
